500,000 People and Growing: The Reach of #NotJustFatigue

January 30, 2026

It’s astonishing to reflect on how far this project has come. What began nine years ago as our bedbound founder’s deeply personal effort to help the public better understand ME/CFS has grown into something far larger than we ever imagined. Today, more than 500,000 unique visitors from around the world have turned to NotJustFatigue.org to learn about this disease.

Over the years, we poured extraordinary care into building a resource that does justice to the realities of ME/CFS , from creating a short-form video series to developing a powerful photodocumentary project featuring people living with the illness. Every page, story, and visual was created with one goal: to replace misunderstanding with clarity.

If you haven’t yet explored NotJustFatigue.org in depth, now is the perfect time. And if you believe in the importance of awareness, we hope you’ll continue sharing it with your family, friends, and community. Because this has never been “just fatigue.” This is #NotJustFatigue.
