#NotJustFatigue Won Two Shorty Awards

May 22, 2025

We were named Audience Honoree at the Shorty Awards in not one but two categories, Social Activism and Website/App. The Shorty Awards recognize the best in social media and digital content, and being chosen by an audience vote in two categories is not something we take lightly.

This one matters. Not because awards are the point, they aren’t, but because this community voted for us, which means this community showed up. People with ME/CFS are told constantly, by medicine, by insurance, by culture, that they don’t matter enough to prioritize. An audience of people saying otherwise is not nothing.

We built this platform from scratch, from bed, for a disease that has been underfunded and misunderstood for decades. Every vote was a person who understands why that matters.

A huge thank you to our web partners at Studio Rover, whose work made the website side of this possible. We couldn’t have done it without them.

And to this community, thank you. Genuinely. This is #NotJustFatigue.
